A humorous set of reasons to really stop dieting. You don’t want to feel left out! And these are just a small handful of favorite reasons to get your mind thinking why you should stop and just enjoy life. Size is just a number and it can go up and it can go down. The point is to be happy in your own skin and feel the positive vibes of self-love. There’s a smart way to eat without having to eliminate things you love to eat (portion size). So…in other words, just pick up a seat, relax and read this fun little book over some rocky road ice cream with fudge and sprinkles.
