Rating: * * * Book Review: Some of the visuals were hard to follow because they had a lot of info, or it was too jumbled. Those I just bypassed. Other visuals were very colorful and informative. I don’t think it inspired me, but I did take some notes from it. I feel it should have been better executed as it feels like they were all tossed in a random collection. 780 Minutes/126 Miles for Epilepsy

As May passes on by here comes June with its own set of adventures and challenges to face. The number 1 and 26 can be challenging to some because it represents every 1 in 26 are diagnosed with epilepsy in their lifetime. This month the Epilepsy Foundation of America has created a reading challenge and a cycling challenge. The goal is to read 780 minutes for the month of June or cycle 126 miles to help raise funds and share awareness.
